Lacey's uses a hot water extraction method to deep clean and rejuvenate soiled, tired area rugs. Research indicates that hot water extraction provides the best capability for cleaning. This system is commonly referred to as "steam cleaning," although no steam is actually generated. The process consists of applying a cleaning agent into the carpet pile and using water in the extractor to recover the used solution and soil. While we can never guarantee that a particular stain or odor can be completely removed due to the nature of textiles, hot water extraction is the deepest cleaning you can get to clean and freshen your rugs!
We have the area's only climate-controlled drying room to ensure your rugs are completely dry before they are rolled up for easy transportation.
